Returns are accepted only if the item(s) are damaged in shipping. Must send photos of shipping container as the item is insured when mailed. Since your item is custom made and you are ordering it 'custom-made', unless the fabric is not as pictured, or the style is incorrect, due to error on my part, there are NO RETURNS. If you have any concerns, please contact me immediately.

All Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate - Insured Services.

You will receive a Tracking Number when your item has shipped.

Small box - $14.65 1 - 2 Small Items (i.e. Apron & Misc Items)

Medium Box - $25.80 2 - 4 Items (2 - 3 Aprons, Apron/ Tote & Misc Items)

Large Box $36.10 Up to 6 Items

Flat Rate Envelope - $13.90 Single Item

Padded Flat Rate Envelope - $15.00. Single Items that contains Hooks/Snaps

I will do my best to ship in the most economical package.

Local Delivery within 30 miles (Grand Valley area) $10

Local Pickup - By appointment Only - No Charge

Most items can be shipped easily in a small box for 1-2 items (i.e. 1 apron and 1 small tote Bag)
