Shipping Policy
All items are custom made and should be shipped within 7 - 10 days from date of order. If this is not possible you will be contacted with an updated ship date.
Shipping is by USPS vis Flat Rate Box or Envelope. This will insure a Tracking number is provided and insurance on your purchase. A Small box will hold 2 items, a Medium box should hold 4 - 5 items. If needed a Large Box will be used to insure product safety and security.
Local Delivery or Pickup may be arranged.
Local Delivery (Grand Valley area) within 30 miles - $$10 Fee Pickup by appointment Only - No Charge
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted only if the item(s) are damaged in shipping. Must send photos of shipping container as the item is insured when mailed. Since your item is custom made and you are ordering it 'custom-made', unless the fabric is not as pictured, or the style is incorrect, due to error on my part, there are NO RETURNS. If you have any concerns, please contact me immediately.
